ABOUT ME

A virtual assistant who’s been around the digital block since 2016! 🌐

My journey began as an SEO assistant, where I dabbled in the arts of on-page and off-page optimization, wrangled content calendars, and built links like a digital architect. I even dabbled in the mystical realm of Private Blog Networks (PBN).

By late 2016, I was diving into the world of Shopify and dropshipping. What started as a customer service gig quickly transformed into a full-blown Shopify makeover extravaganza. From product research to theme customization, I helped build e-commerce empires from the ground up. Talk about a store whisperer!

Fast forward to 2018, and I leveled up as a Client Relationship Specialist. I became the maestro of digital agency projects, orchestrating collaborations and ensuring everything ran smoother than a freshly waxed surfboard. Keeping clients grinning from ear to ear is my jam.

In 2022, I took on short-term e-commerce projects and became a Figma and Canva aficionado. Designing email campaigns and landing pages became my new favorite hobby, and I became the guru of B2B e-commerce platforms and customized CRM systems. Think of me as a catalog connoisseur, keeping inventory synced and catalogs eye-poppingly accurate.

EXECUTIVE VA

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails and preparing communications on the employer's behalf

  • Build strong client relationships with existing and new clients and other external parties, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions also ensuring we meet our contractual requirements

    Pagebuilder, including changing banners, adding/editing/removing content, and
    setting up promotions and coupon codes. Collaborate with the marketing team
    to build website pages that support marketing campaigns. Troubleshoot site
    issues and order failures and assist with website configurations to implement
    business rules effectively.
    Shopify Store Management: Oversee the successful launch of new products on
    our Shopify platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions,
    images, and pricing.
    Web App Configuration: Skillfully configure designs within our web app to
    ensure accurate representation and functionality for our customers.
    Inventory Management: Support the management of product inventory,
    including stock levels, tracking, and replenishment.
    Customer Support: Deliver timely and helpful customer support through various
    communication channels, assisting with inquiries related to product availability,
    order status, and general support.
    Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing our e-commerce
    processes and strategies by providing valuable insights and suggestions and
    implementing best practices.

SHOPIFY VA

Since November 2016

  • Process all customer requests for order maintenance on cancellations, delays, accelerations, quantity changes, and return goods

  • Creates Shopify store from scratch: theme installation, domain setup, pages and menu setup, product upload, plugin installation

  • Collects necessary data needed to respond to a dispute via Shopify

  • Manages Social Media accounts: responding to customer questions and preparing daily/weekly posts

  • Uploads products or imports from tools like Oberlo

  • Cleans product images and writes effective product descriptions

  • Creates appealing banners and social media graphics via Canva or Photoshop
